Our Mailing List
During the course of registering on our Site, entering sweepstakes and in other areas of our Site, users may be invited to receive a free email subscription to our mailing list that WebYES! LLC sends offers, newsletters and other bulletins to on a periodic basis (collectively, the “List”) containing items that we hope will be of interest to Site Visitors.
We will not send the List to Site Visitors unless they have consented to receiving it. Site Visitors may only indicate their consent to receiving the List by “opting in” which means affirmatively checking the appropriate box or clicking the appropriate link and affirmatively responding to a confirmation email sent to the Site Visitors’ email address to verify their subscription to the List.
Site Visitors must provide their email address in order to receive the List. List subscribers who wish to remove themselves from this mailing list can do so by following the link provided in every List mailing.

Clear GIFs.

A Clear GIF, or “graphic interface format” is a small graphic (in fact, truly a 1×1 pixel) that we (or our partners) place on a page of the Site. We may also occasionally place GIFs in e-mail messages that we send to users. GIFs do not access personal information.
